Can’t find the “text effects” and “transform” on my Mac, but I did make the Word art. Any Mac users have any ideas?

    1. Sue Fleckenstein says:

      Hi Stephanie
I found this, see if it helps.
Hit the “Format” button, right next to “Home”. One of your new selections under “Text Styles” should be “Effects”. Click on Effects and select the last selection, “Transform”. You should have a whole selection of options including curving text up or down, and making circles.

Thank you. I was so lost trying to figure out how to use Power Point. I will let you know how it goes when I get to the next section.
I am glad Kate gave me the link.

Thanks again Sue! GREAT lesson. Quick question: What is the easiest way to get either a handwritten chalk effect in a template or a letter tracing type effect in a template? I tried using Word Art but could not figure it out. Do I need to find/buy/install a font for that?
