I put in things like notes, images, color palettes, Pins and things that I like the look of. Anything that I can refer to when creating something new.

Hi Sue. So in organizing the files, I am on a. MAC. 2 part question. On a mac, you can make an alias of the files (a ghost bread crumb per se, that references the originals folder). Should I make an alias of the original document? 2) With all the files, like graphics, original source file etc, file sizes can add up. Do I create a duplicate of files, graphics, etc? Or do I keep the original source doc in the source folder and then make a working copy in my new project file? That wasn’t clear.
Thank you
HI Ju
Don’t use a Mac so assume you mean making a copy. I do like to keep the original copy and then just save a Working copy of it.
For the original you can always pop it into the cloud. On Google Drive, One Drive or Dropbox for storage and safe keeping.
So basically just keep a duplicate of the entire pack and then just make changes to the copy you are working on.
Once you have your copy then I would just create a new Folder with the name of your project so 2021 Planner for example.
Then as you make new graphics, templates everything would go into this folder for the new project.
Of course this is only a suggestion you don’t have to keep a copy but if you make a mistake then you have it for reference.
Hope that helps.

Hi Sue
What do you put in the research folder?

Hi Sue, I couldn’t find the link to download this video…?
That video is in a different account, let me see if I can allow for downloading.
Sue
I used my headphones & it was much easier to hear Sue talk (without maxing out my volume controls.
Glad to hear that Dani, thanks. I worked on improving the volume issue yesterday.

To hear the audio, I had to max out everything and it’s still soft. Then the intro / outro music kicks in and my ears hurt because it’s so loud.
We are working on fixing the intro to the videos and the soft level.
