Good Afternoon

Today is a stormy Monday here in my part of Ontario. The clouds are threatening and thunder is rumbling. We keep losing our internet so it's taking a while to actually get this out to you.

We did go out early for a walk, it was humid but there was a nice breeze and Sakima got an early morning swim in. Then I did my online exercise class as well, getting better at it slowly. Love this class and it's a fun way to meet some new people.
